Here at Beacon Lodge we strive to promote an atmosphere of family. From the administration to the counselors to the support staff, and our larger family of sponsors and supporters and volunteers, we are all focused on providing our campers the best experience possible. Our campers are the heart of Beacon Lodge.
Our Campers are the heart of Beacon Lodge! While they are here, they create friendships that last a lifetime. Included on our new website is a camper community forum to help them easily keep in touch. We are also implementing online forms and information so they can stay up to date.

Our volunteers are dedicated individuals and Lions Club Members who graciously donate their time and effort to the betterment of Beacon Lodge Camp. Many of our volunteers travel a great distance to help Beacon Lodge. Our Volunteer section contains information on how to become a volunteer, volunteer opportunities, and our thanks to those who have helped us.
Our supporters are individuals or organizations who donate funds to Beacon Lodge for the betterment of the camp itself. Beacon Lodge is wholly run on donations. We do not receive any state or federal funding. Without our supporters, Beacon Lodge could not exist! Here you will find the different ways you can support Beacon Lodge.
A sponsor is someone who sponsors a specific camper or provides funding to an un-designated camper. Most of our campers are sponsored by Pa Lions Clubs. However, sponsorship can also come from businesses, churches, individuals, and many other organizations. Our Sponsor section will provide information about our sponsors and how to become one.
Our Board of Directors consists of two members from each Lions district in Pennsylvania. These positions can, at times, be very time consuming. The board is comprised entirely of volunteers who graciously dedicate their time to bettering Beacon Lodge. They also serve on committees which help guide and support us.
