Through Project New Hope at Beacon Lodge Camp, we offer no-cost retreats where disabled veterans and their loved ones can reconnect, reflect, and heal in a safe, supportive environment.
The Sponsor-a-Veteran Program gives you the chance to directly support these families. Your donation helps cover the cost of meals, lodging, and retreat activities—creating space for rest, renewal, and recovery.

Founded by those who understand the long-term effects of military service, Project New Hope provides a place where Pennsylvania disabled veterans and their families can gather, rest, and heal together—regardless of era or branch of service.
The trauma of war doesn’t just affect the veteran—it touches spouses, children, and entire family systems.
Our retreats are free of charge for these families. Thanks to donors like you, they receive a full weekend of care, connection, and comfort.

It costs $160 per person, per day to host a veteran or family member at Beacon Lodge Camp. A full 5-day retreat for a family of four comes to $3,200, covered entirely by donors like you, so these families never pay a cent. Here's what your gift looks like in action:

$160 - Covers one day of care for one veteran or family member: meals, lodging, and access to all retreat programming.

$640 - Sponsors an entire family for one full day - a veteran and their loved ones together on the grounds, healing side by side.

$800 - Sends one person through a complete 5-day retreat experience from arrival to departure.

$3,200 - Fully sponsors one veteran family of four for the entire retreat. This is the gift that makes a family's complete experience possible.
