At Beacon Lodge, we are committed to providing life-changing experiences for individuals with visual, physical, and other special needs. To ensure our camp remains strong for generations to come, we are moving toward a new pricing model based on the actual cost of running our programs.

We understand that change takes time, especially for the families who have stood by us through our most difficult years. That’s why for the 2026 camp season, all returning campers will receive a 35% discount off the actual cost of their program.

why the change?

Over the past few years, Beacon Lodge has been operating at a significant financial loss, with many programs costing $400-$1,500 more per camper than we charged. To avoid closing our doors, we must begin aligning our prices with the true cost of providing high-quality care, staff, meals, activities, and facilities.

This special transition rate is available only to returning campers in 2026. It is the first step in a gradual, 3-year pricing plan that ensures fairness, sustainability, and continued access for families who have supported us.

We will continue the gradual increase in 2027 and 2028, giving families time to adjust:

• 2027: 15% discount
• 2028: Full cost
