This program is geared for adult individuals that are intellectually challenged, on the Autism spectrum, or physically challenged and require some personal care.
During this camp, we operate on a 1:3 counselor to camper ratio based on our camper's needs.

Through a Camper's Eyes
Meet Jamie, a 28-year-old artist and adaptive design advocate whose wheelchair is always loaded with an artist bag and sketchbook. At Camp Empower, she turned the Arts and Crafts Building into a hub of innovation — creating adaptive tools, leading workshops, and showing fellow campers that “creativity knows no bounds.” From pottery kilns to digital art, Jamie proved that accessibility is the foundation of true creative freedom.
